Environmental Containment Services
Design
We provide design and engineering support for all of our applications, specializing in geomembrane (liner) projects. We understand that your projects are complex, and when it comes to choosing the right product for your project, it can be overwhelming with all the information available.
Fabrication
We specialize in custom fabrication, ranging from our patented portable spill containment berms to pre-fabricated liners. While many companies offer pre-fabricated liners either rolled or folded, we are able to offer both options to our customers to suit what may work best for your project.
Installation
We provide installation services for geomembranes (liners), containment walls, leak detection systems and erosion control. Our trained and IAGI certified crews have the knowledge and experience to ensure these products are installed as per the specifications of your project.
Maintenance
Our economical maintenance programs are custom made to fit your project needs and offer you peace of mind. The programs include scheduled visits to site to inspect the liners, a detailed report and timely repairs if required.
Repair
We provide timely repairs to damaged liners. Taking the lined area out of service can be very costly. It can also be equally frustrating trying to find someone interested in coming out to provide the repair.
Recycle
We are pleased to now offer a liner recycling program to our customers. This allows Scorpion Containment Solutions to provide our customers a full circle of services from installation to recycling.
HDPE Pipe Fusing
We provide fusion weld of HDPE pipe in applications ranging from oil and gas, landfills and agriculture. Fusion welding is a term for welding processes that rely upon melting to join materials of similar compositions and melting points.
